Educational Qualification and Required Experience
Senior Project Engineer:
- Education:- Candidate Must have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized Institution /University. Candidates with additional professional/ post-graduate qualifications are desirable.
- Experience:- Candidate Required Experience 15 years of greenfield project execution experience, at least 5 of which should be in the healthcare sector. Should have completed at least two projects totaling more than 4.0 lac square feet. must have previous experience managing groups of people from a wide range of backgrounds
Project Engineer:
- Education:- A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from a reputable university or institution is a requirement for the position.
- Experience:- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the implementation of new construction projects, at least three of which should be as an MEP specialist, ideally in the healthcare sector. The ability to improve communication across engineering teams is a must. Superior budgeting and cost-management skills are required.
Senior Executive – Secretarial and Legal:
- Education:- CS preferred with LL.B.
- Experience:- 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare sector and 5-7 years in a comparable role.
Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts:
- Education:- The ideal applicant must be a CA / Cost Accountant
- Experience:- applicant must have 10 to 15 years in a comparable position; 3–5 years of experience in the medical field
Executive – Finance & Accounts:
- Education:- Candidate must have a B. Com / M. Com from a recognized University / Institution.
- Experience:- 3–4 years of experience in a comparable position with a TO over 5.0 cr. at a reputable organization.
