B.Ed Admission NERIE 2023 Applications on common format are invited for the entrance test for admission to regular full-time 2 years B. Ed course at North East Regional Institute of Education (IIIERIE), NCERT, Umiam, Shillong from eligible candidates belonging to eight North East States viz., Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura. The last date for receipt of the application is complete in all respects.

B.Ed Admission NERIE Eligibility Criteria of States
Select the appropriate State/UT against which you are seeking admission. As proof of eligibility of State/UT for admission, the candidate has to produce any one of the following documents (a) Evidence of having passed the qualifying examination from the StatelUT as given in the advertisement. (b) ln case of legal guardian/parents is an employee of state central govt./Govt. of India undertaking/Autonomous bodies the latest certifi€ate of the place of posting in the State/UT. {c) A domicile certificate from the competent authority.
B.Ed Admission NERIE Category Wise Seat Matrix
The above distribution of seats is based on the Category wise quota as per respective states 25 seats from Science and Mathematics Group 25 seats from Social Science & Language Group EWS – 5 seats (from both the stream)
B.Ed Admission NERIE Educational Qualification
Candidates with at least 50% marks in Bachelors Degree in the Master’s Degree in Science/Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with a specialization in Science or Mathematics or in Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s Degree in Social Science/Humanities are eligible for admission to the program (relaxation of 5% marks for SCISI/WD candidates).
