Age Limit and Relaxations Junior Engineer Trainee Recruitment 2023

Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years Upper Age Limit as of 7th June 2023

Age relaxation is admissible as per the rules.

Reservation/relaxation/concession to SC/ST/OBC(NCL) and PwBDs (Degree of Disability 40% or above)/ Ex-Servicemen /J&K Domiciled/Victims of riots candidates will be provided as per Government of India directives/guidelines.
Relaxation in Essential Qualification for SC/ST/PwBDs and Ex-Servicemen category candidates will be “Pass Marks”.
Relaxation in Upper age Limit for SC/ST/OBC(NCL) /PwBDs/J&K Domiciled/ Ex-Servicemen shall be as per Government of India directives/guidelines.
Category (SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBDs/ Ex-Servicemen /EWS) once filled in the online Registration form will not be changed and no benefit of this category will be admissible later on.

THDC INDIA LIMITED Junior Engineer Trainee Recruitment 2023 Candidates will be selected depending on their success in their computer-based tests, as detailed below.

Selection Process Junior Engineer Trainee Recruitment 2023 Computer Based Test for all posts (85% weightage) and Interaction/viva (15% weightage)

The details of the computer-based test are provided below.

Examination Duration	180 minutes (3 hours)
Medium	English and Hindi
Total Marks & Subject	200 Marks/ 200 Questions PART I- 140 multiple choice questions of the concerned discipline (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering). PART II- 30 multiple choice questions of the General Awareness. PART III- 30 multiple-choice questions of Reasoning.
Marking	Each question will be worth one point. 1 mark will be granted for each right response to multiple choice questions. 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer on multiple-choice questions. Unattempted questions will receive no credit or deduction.

Minimum qualifying marks in Computer Based Test

UR/EWS/OBC (NCL)	50% of total marks
SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen	30% of total marks

Relaxation of up to 10% in the computer-based exam score is permitted for departmental candidates.

Interaction/viva

The test center once allotted will not be changed under any circumstances and no request in this regard shall be entertained. Admission to the test centers will be on the production of an e-Admit Card which is to be downloaded from our website by the candidates and will not be sent via post/mail.
