Educational Qualification and Pay Scale:
Assistant Manager (Electrical):-
- Full-time Diploma with a minimum of 60% marks in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Pay Scale: Rs 37,300.00- 1,12,000.00, GP: Rs 14,200.00
Assistant Manager (Civil):-
- Full-time B.E/B.Tech with a minimum of 60% marks in Civil Engineering.
- For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying examination for a Bachelor’s Degree is required for the above-mentioned posts.
- Pay Scale: Rs 37,300.00- 1,12,000.00, GP: Rs 14,200.00
Assistant Manager (Human Resources):-
- Two (2) years full-time MBA/PGDM Degree with a minimum of 50% marks with specialization in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or Social Welfare from any Indian University/Institution approved by AICTE/UGC.
- For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying examination of the MBA/PGDM course is required.
- Pay Scale: Rs 37,300.00- 1,12,000.00, GP: Rs 14,200.00
Junior Manager (Electrical):-
- Full-time Diploma with a minimum of 60% marks in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Pay Scale: Rs 25,000.00- 92,000.00, GP: Rs 12,100.00
Junior Manager (IT):-
- Full-time 3(three) years diploma with a minimum of 60% marks in IT/Computer Science and Engineering/Computer Technology from any Institution notified/recognized by the Government of Assam and approved by the Director of Technical Education/AICTE
- Pay Scale: Rs 25,000.00- 92,000.00, GP: Rs 12,100.00
