Educational Qualification and Experience:
10+2 Passed:- Students must be Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subjects from a Government Recognized Board.
Mechanic Diesel Trade:- Trade Certificate in Mechanic Diesel Trade from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.
Fitter Trade:- Trade Certificate in Fitter Trade from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.
2nd Class Boiler Attendant:-
- Trade Certificate in the relevant course of 2 years duration from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.
- Must possess valid and current 2nd Class Boiler Attendant Certificate issued by a Competent Authority.
Welder Trade:- Trade Certificate in Welder Trade from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.
Instrument Mechanic Trade:- Trade Certificate in Instrument Mechanic Trade from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.
B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics:-
- Passed B.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics from a Government Recognized University/Board/Institute.
- Must have a minimum of 03 (three) years post-qualification work experience in chemical activities-fields/lab in the Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical Industry.
1st Class Boiler Attendant:-
- Trade Certificate in the relevant course of 2 years duration from a Government Recognized Institute. Must have passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.
- Must possess valid and current 1st Class Boiler Attendant Certificate issued by a Competent Authority.
Diploma in Civil Engineering:- Passed 03 (three) years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a Government Recognized University/Board/Institute. Must have passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.
B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing:-
- B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing (PB-B.Sc.) from an Institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
- Must have professional experience of 02 (two) years after obtaining registration from State Nursing Council.
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering:- Passed 03 (three) years of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a Government Recognized University/Board/Institute. Must have passed Class 10 from a Government Recognized Board.

Exam Details:
- The Computer Based Test (CBT) will comprise questions in the multiple-choice questions (MCQ) format.
- There will be no negative marking in the Computer Based Test (CBT).
- The Computer Based Test (CBT) will be bilingual i.e. English & Assamese.
- The total duration of the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be 02 (two) hours.
- Compensatory time in addition to the duration of the Computer Based Test (CBT) will be allowed to eligible candidates who are Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, as applicable.
- In the final merit list for selection, if Computer Based Test (CBT) marks of more than one candidate are the same, then the candidate who obtains more marks in Part C of the Computer-Based Test (CBT) will be given preference. In case, if the marks in Part C are the same, then the candidate who obtains more marks in Part B will be given preference. If the marks in Part B are also the same, then the candidate older in age will be given preference in the final merit list.
- Final selection will be made in order of merit on the basis of the marks obtained in the Computer Based Test (CBT) only.
