The Assam Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) is an entrance test conducted by the Government of Assam for students seeking admission into various B.Tech. programs in engineering colleges across the state. The 2023 Assam CEE will be organized by the Assam Science and Technology University (ASTU) As per the official notification released by ASTU, the Combined Entrance Examination (CEE) 2023 will be held for the academic session 2023-2024. Eligible candidates who have passed or are appearing in the 10+2 exam may apply for the examination through online mode.

Eligibility Criteria for Assam CEE Exam:-
To be eligible for admission into any of the colleges, candidates must meet the following criteria:-
- Residency:- The candidate must be an Indian Citizen and a permanent resident of Assam.
- Educational Qualification:- The candidate must pass the Qualifying Examination in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC and 40% for ST) marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The candidate must appear for all four subjects in the same sitting.
- Age Limit:- The candidate must not be above 21 years or below 17 years of age as of 1st August 2023.

- Character:- The candidate must possess good moral character.

Application Fee for Assam CEE:-
The application fee for Assam CEE is Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only).
Payment Mode: The fee can be paid online mode using a Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking. The fee is non-refundable.
The status of the payment will be successful after 1 or 2 days. If the payment status remains pending after 2 days, the candidate should contact Helpline No. available on the website immediately.
Assam CEE 2023 Admit Card:-
The ASTU authority will release the Assam CEE Admit Card 2023 on the official website.
The candidate can download his/her admit card from the university website www.astu.ac.in 15 days before the exam and up to the date of the examination by entering his/her application form number/username and password generated during the submission of the online application.
